– A minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry or construction
– Proficiency in both residential and commercial construction processes
– Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and other construction documents
– Strong project and time management skills
– Familiarity with a variety of tools, materials, and techniques used in carpentry, including solid wood, veneers, laminates, and cabinetry
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently, with minimal supervision
– Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean worksite
